After Galesh had left me to my own devices, I noticed something very strange in my office. Four bottles of beer standing on the floor, obviously these had been removed from my fridge before hand. Why would someone go to all the trouble of destroying my fridge and then take the time to leave me my beer. In fact why destroy two fridges?
Whilst Mr Kat's murder and the destruction of two fridges (same model by the way) do not seem connected the events did occur practically on top of one another, no pun intended.
This particular model of fridge requires two people to move it, I know this because it took two delivery men to get it into my office. Even with two men they still managed to scrap some nasty scratches into floor outside my office. It do not require too much investigation as to where the second fridge came from, an African relief charity a couple of offices down with similar scrap marks. Speaking to one of the ladies that work in the office told me that two dark suited men had arrived to remove the fridge because it was a fire risk and fridges of this model type were all being recalled.
The lady described the men as being about thirty years old, six foot, slim build, long sharp noses and both had a heavy blond moustache in fact they looked like brothers. They referred to one another as Billy and Red. Apparently she had already told all this to the police.
After the police had left she found a book of matches on the floor which she knew didn't belong to anyone that worked there because nobody smoked, she thought maybe the men had dropped it.
The book of matches in question had a name of nightclub on it. The Red Ripper, there's a name I didn't want to see any time soon. The Red Ripper is in a part of London where even the criminals feel nervous.
As for the recent information from the man with a sunny disposition I am not sure what to do, Bill will be back tomorrow maybe he has an idea where this fits in.
Hmm, I wasn't involved in your last case so I don't know the full details, but didn't it involve lightning and some sort of energy at the end? And now no one but you remembers it, right?
ReplyDeleteAnd then a fridge put into your place while you were away kills your caretaker? Doesn't all this seem suspiciously like some sort of attempt at foul, albeit weird, play?
you should have an engineer investigate the murder fridge if you can get at it still...
Not real lightning, at least not in electrical nature. Both fridges have been removed by the police. I do not see how this relates to the last case. Read my last entries on the old website on the 'case' page.
